General Terms and Conditions of Business

1. Application

All offers, orders, contracts or deliveries performed by us are governed exclusively by these General Terms and Conditions of Business. Any deviations herefrom must be agreed in writing and require written confirmation by us.

2. Conclusion of a contract

You may order from us online, by telephone, fax or post. The sales contract comes into being only upon dispatch of the goods or upon written confirmation of the order. All offers are subject to change. We accept no liability for errors or misprints. Owing to the digital illustration of the goods, discrepancies between the illustration and the original goods may occur. Any such discrepancies shall be deemed approved and shall not affect the performance of the contract provided that they are not unreasonable for the purchaser.

3. Prices

The prices at the time the order was placed shall apply. There is no minimum order value; however, in the case of fabrics, a minimum order amount of 20 cm applies. All prices include VAT at the current rate of 25% and are subject to additional freight charges and packaging.

4. Payment

The full amount must be paid. Delay interests are going to be charged from due date with 25% per month. For written reminders we charge an amount of 50 SEK and with inkasso wi bill 300 SEK. Deliveries with invoices can only be made to the registered adress.We reserve the right to demand prepayment.

5. Warranty

Complaints must be notified in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you have a legitimate complaint, we request that you contact us. We are unable to accept delivery of goods which are returned to us without prior notice and with freight unpaid. Should delivered goods prove defect, we have the right to repair the defect goods or to supply a replacement. This happens only once the defect goods have been returned to us and we have inspected the damage. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, a refund shall be made. Only unused and unaltered goods may be returned.

6. Right of return

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. In the case of fabric sold by the meter, items of less than one (1) meter may not be returned because they have been cut to size in line with the customer's request. The only exception is when there are legitimate grounds for complaint. Only unused and unaltered goods may be returned.

7. Delivery and shipping costs

Delivery is made within three to ten (3-10) working days. You will be notified immediately in the event of a delay. Goods are delivered as long as stocks last. We have the right to make partial deliveries. Delivery is made by post, at the orderer's expense. Shipment to other countries is also possible on request; additional costs shall be borne by the orderer.
For deliveries within Sweden, a flat-rate shipping fee of SEK 60.00 will be charged.
Orders of small quantities will be charged at cost price.
For deliveries within Europe note that the prices depending on weight.The shipping within Sweden fee for small orders or orders for individual newspapers goes for cost price.

8. Use of customer data

When you place an order, we store your name, the address and the e-mail address. You have the right to obtain information on the data which we have stored on you at any time and free of charge. All data are treated confidentially. We shall use your data solely for the purpose of processing your order. To enable us to process your order and make delivery, we forward your data exclusively to the relevant delivery service charged with delivery.

9. Exclusion of liabilty

Any damage to the goods incurred during shipment must be clarified with the post office directly. In the case of return deliveries, the customer is liable for any damage incurred during shipment. If the purchaser sells the goods delivered by us to a third party, he is prohibited from referring to us in the associated warranty claims. Warranty claims may not be assigned to third parties. Although we carefully monitor our website, we do not accept liabilty of any kind for the content of external links. The operators of the linked sites bear sole responsibility for the content of these sites. We shall not be liable for delivery in the event of natural disasters, war, labour-market strikes, delivery problems at supplier companies or similar circumstances. Should individual provisions of the contract be or become wholly or partially invaild, this shall not affect the the validity of the remaining provisions.
